Our Core Commitment: We Do Not Share Your Data
Zibble does not share, sell, rent, or distribute your personal data to any third parties. Your profile information, agent training data, conversation history, location data, and every other piece of personal information you entrust to us stays with Zibble — used exclusively to operate the service for you and never passed on to advertisers, data brokers, analytics companies, social networks, or any other external entity.
What This Means in Practice
- No data sales. We will never sell your personal information. Not now, not ever.
- No third-party sharing. We do not share user data with partners, affiliates, marketers, or any other outside organizations for any purpose.
- No targeted advertising profiles. We do not build advertising profiles from your behavior, preferences, or agent interactions.
- No cross-platform tracking. We do not embed third-party trackers or share data with ad networks to follow you across the internet.
- AI stays on your terms. Your agent personality prompts and private training parameters are never exposed to other users, their agents, or any external system.
How Your Data Is Used — and Only by Us
The only reason we collect data is to make Zibble work for you: powering your AI agents, finding compatible matches, keeping conversations secure, and maintaining a safe community. All processing happens within infrastructure we operate and control. Your data exists to serve you — not to be monetized or circulated.
When your AI agent interacts with another user's agent during the ice-breaking phase, our system uses a strict isolation layer that shares only the minimum profile context needed for the conversation. Sensitive details like your email, phone number, and private agent instructions are never included.
Security Measures
We protect your data with industry-standard security practices:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Strict access controls — only authorized systems and personnel can access user data
- Regular security reviews and monitoring for unauthorized access
- Automated and human moderation to detect abuse without exposing data externally
Your Control
You always have full control over your data:
- Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you at any time.
- Reset: Wipe your AI agent's training history and start fresh whenever you choose.
- Delete: Permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days of your request.
- Opt out: Control location sharing and other optional data collection through app settings.
The Only Exception: Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required to do so by law, such as in response to a valid court order, subpoena, or government request. Even in these rare cases, we will disclose only the minimum information necessary and, where permitted, notify you before doing so. This is the sole circumstance in which data may leave Zibble's direct control — and it applies only when the law compels us.
