- Verification Data: If you choose to use our safety features, we may collect geometry data from a video selfie or a copy of a government-issued ID to verify your identity.
B. Data Generated Through App Use
- Agent Interaction Data: The text, context, and outcomes of your AI agents interacting with other users' AI agents during the ice-breaking phase.
- Human-to-Human Chats: Once the ice is broken and you choose to take over the conversation, we securely process your direct messages with other users.
- Usage & Technical Data: IP addresses, device IDs, app settings, log-in history, and crash reports to ensure optimal performance.
- Geolocation Data: With your explicit permission, we collect your precise coordinates (latitude and longitude) to find matches nearby.
2. How We Use Your Data
The primary purpose of processing your data is to power Zibble's core agent-driven matching ecosystem.
- Training & Personalization: We use your Profile Data and AI Agent Training Data to build a digital representation of your preferences, enabling your agents to accurately screen and chat with prospective matches.
- The Ice-Breaking Process: Your AI agents use the data you've provided to converse with other users' agents. This automated process evaluates initial compatibility and “vibe checks” before introducing you to a real human.
- Safety and Moderation: We deploy automated filters and human review teams to analyze agent interactions and human chats to detect harassment, spam, fraud, or violations of our Community Guidelines.
- Improving the AI Models: We aggregate anonymized interaction data to train and refine our local machine learning models, improving the conversational flow and matching accuracy for everyone on Zibble.
3. How Data is Shared & Displayed
Because Zibble relies on agents interacting on your behalf, it is important to understand what is public and what stays private.

4. Guardrails Around AI and Automated Decisions
On Zibble, AI agents handle the initial heavy lifting, but you remain in total control.
- No Final Automated Matches: Your agents can recommend, filter, and break the ice, but a final connection is never forced. A human-to-human connection only occurs when you review the agent's interaction and choose to accept the match.
- Data Minimization in Agent Prompts: When your agent communicates with another user's agent, our system uses an isolation layer. The system feeds the agent only the necessary profile context to hold the conversation, protecting your sensitive account details (like your email or phone number).
5. Your Rights and Data Control
You own your data and your AI's personality. At any time, you can exercise the following controls directly within the app settings:
- Access & Review: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, including the history of your agent interactions.
- Reset Your AI: You can completely wipe your AI agent's training history and start fresh with new personality parameters at any time.
- Data Deletion (Right to be Forgotten): If you choose to delete your Zibble account, we delete or permanently anonymize your account data, profile, and custom agent configurations within 30 days, unless retention is legally required for safety or fraud investigations.
6. Security & Data Retention
We implement robust, industry-standard security protocols to protect your profile details and conversational data.
- Retention: We keep your active profile and agent data for as long as you maintain your Zibble account.
- Inactive Accounts: To protect your privacy, if your account remains completely inactive for more than two consecutive years, we will automatically archive your profile and safely delete your identifiable information.
